Never again. I started my NC real estate self-paced pre-licensing course on Nov 10. 2020 - (and today is March 5, 2021...and I'm still working on it). It's a 75 hour course. It's pretty much a 600 page text book that you need to print out yourself. If you comprehend text and math calculations very well via reading only, you may be ok. There were no instructional videos. (I was going to bail a few months ago but already had $425 and many hours invested.) My 75 course has already taken me 173 hours and I still don't feel confident about the material and the possibility of passing the State and National exams. For me personally, this was not a good choice. I'm stuck at 99% course completion (for over 2 weeks) and can't move forward without passing a practice exam. (I'm only missing by a handful of points each time.) 7 attempts later (2 hours each), I'm still trying. ...and P.S. I have a three year Master's degree. This course is much more difficult, very surprisingly. I'm very likely going take a 75 hour zoom class with a real estate school now in order to pass the course and required exams. I'm not one to complain but wanted to be real - the level of frustration and burn out isn't funny. I had no idea. Hindsight is always 20/20.

I am glad, I took the class online, because, it is very thorough and well written.
It takes little time but you get excellent knowledge of your business in depth.

CE shop was easy to use, clear and concise lessons and tests. Very satiafied.

Course material is good. Delivery is good.
My major frustration is I can get through the course material much quicker than the clock. It is normal to have to wait for over an hour to take a final exam on a course. I am a 35 year licensed person. I value and appreciate the updates. I don’t need to spend a lot of time to absorb the history of fair housing laws, by way of example.

Really enjoyed class. Made 94 on exam. Will take again next year. Highly recommend.

Kindly add audio recordings of the lessons for senior Realtors as reading is getting tough.

Horrible customer service. I say this after having to contact them four times, and each time my experience was awful. They acted like I was bothering them or stupid.
